About

I'm exceptionally good at finding the problem areas and getting down deep into the muscles to help my clients with pain management and becoming more mobile. I incorporate

Ceramic Hot Shells and Himalayan Salt stones and/or cupping if my patients are open to it.

My style is Chinese and Thai influenced but is really a mix of modalities I've learned over the years.

I start at 90 minutes and go all the way to 3 hours to make sure that you're needs are met.

They book online or they call me and ask a few questions before booking online. I do require a first and last name and an email for my system, and pre-payment the first time patients to avoid no-shows. Then I email them a health history to review before coming in, ask them questions, have them get on the table and get started!

I come from a family that give each other back rubs and was alway good at them. From there I went to school had my firest job at a spa and then started my own bussiness not to long after.

Most people I work with are between 25-65 and are looking to remove pain and improve mobility/flexibly. I've worked on a lot sciatica, low back issues, and tight hamstrings, plenty of neck and shoulders issues and a few people with fibromyalgia, scoliosis edema and after surgery for a better recovery. I had one client tell me that I got him walking again better than his physical therapist!
