I sought out Lesley for help with anger issues four years ago and she has vastly improved the way that I move through life. Lesley genuinely cares about me. During our sessions, she and gently pushes me out of my comfort zone in a non-judgmental way. Deep emotional work with Lesley has resulted in me becoming more present and aware of my fears, and taught me how to feel these emotions rather than push them away (which previously lead to my anger). She gave me the tools to deal with my emotions and showed me how my past experiences shape my current reality. Though initially resistant to therapy, I evolved so that I now look forward to my sessions with Lesley. I know that I will be challenged and that I will leave each session feeling better than when I arrived. Highly Recommend!

I've been working with Joleen for a little over a month and I have to say I'm beyond happy with how things are going. She's compassionate and understanding. I found myself lost and struggling after my divorce and two close family deaths and Joleens compassionate nature just puts me at ease. Highly recommend her if you're in need of guidance though a difficult time.
