What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client would typically reach out via phone or text (619-701-7264), or by e-mail ([email protected] or [email protected]). After ascertaining what the client's goals for a session are, we'd set an appointment time and verify amount and method of payment. On the day of the appointment, we typically spend a few minutes before the session reviewing the treatment plan, and I would see what specific issues might be coming up for the client at that time. Then -- the session. Afterwards, while the client is sipping some water, I might go over recommended "homework", or discuss what experiences the client might have over the next day or so. And, if the client is interested in more sessions, I'd discuss our packages, and would book the next appointment.
