Welcome to my space. I am Helena, a licensed massage therapist in Florida. You can come to my studio well prepared to receive a relaxing massage (Swedish) or deep tissue, reflexology, hot stones, exfoliating scrub and take a shower at the end of your massage. I use several excellent techniques and organic oils as well as aromatherapy... write me for your appointment.

Once I arrived and walked into Helen’s studio I knew this was where I wanted to be. The setting was the atmosphere the fragrance and the music were just perfect. Helen knew exactly how to find the places that needed to be taken care of. I certainly would recommend this place and certainly will go back
