What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For first time massage clients i will walk them through the process of the massage , i will keep open communication and I encourage them to let me know if there is any type of discomfort so i can adjust my services so they may be as comfortable as possible to receive the best spa experience possible :)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Mobile spa services start at $120 and This includes teavel fee breakdown and setup as well as the full hour of service on my luxurious table.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I understand that massage therapy is provided in a very intimate setting and there is no worries about being comfortable with me , Ivanna , as your therapist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
if they have any specific areas they would like me to docus on , and if they would like a good amount of time on the focus area plus a full body I recommend a 90 minute massage. Also, think about upgrading to a hot stone massage if they would like more relaxing and not so much pressure for the problem areas.
