I am fluent in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Prenatal and Ayurvedic Massage. I have a passion for not only relaxing the body, but also finding the root cause of pain and tension in all areas of the body. I also do not use hard elbow or painful pressure to relieve stress. I believe compression therapy and gentle stretching to be optimal to genuine Massage Therapy.
