People come to me because I care about the outcome, and I work to fix problem areas so that there are permanent and lasting effects after our sessions. I am here to help fix you, and your main stressors on your own body. I do not have a typical approach to massage but I tailor the sessions to each individual to get the best healing and the best outcomes. I use a variety of different techniques from the basics of Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Sports to more advanced techniques taken from Thai Massage, Myofascial-Release techniques, Trigger-Point Therapy, and Reiki Massage. I also offer Fire Cupping.

I love helping people unwind and stay in tune with their body through a state of awareness in a day and age where most things are fast-paced and often overwhelming.
I like to do a brief interview over the phone, via text, or before the session where the client can elaborate on any issues they may be experiencing with physical stress or pain related to the muscular make up. Just so I know how to tailor the massage. The next assessment comes from a hands on assessment during the session or first session. I communicate with the client, letting them know what I find and any other advice that may be helpful at the time. Afterwards, I continue with the session.
The first session can either be a shorter massage that is more focused on one area with an assessment, or a lengthier massage that includes the full-body and an assessment. Shorter massages typically run from an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes at a fixed rate. Full-body massage will extend anywhere from 90-minutes, to 2, to 2-1/2 hour massages based on the clients needs.
