The type of work I specialize in is myofascial release therapy. I'm going after tight muscles, trigger points, or fascial restrictions in my work. By pinning the muscle fibers to take out elasticity and taking the muscle through it's range of motion, I can get it to manually release or decrease tension/pain. I love the work I provide because I receive great feedback about my treatments and the effectiveness of them. At times it can be uncomfortable or painful while digging through muscle tension but the relief following is what makes me truly proud of my skill set.
