I think outside the lines. There is no one way to work with my client(s) my extensive studies , Such as neuromuscular therapy connective tissue work, pre-and post surgery whether it be cosmetic or structural, breaks or sprains to sinus issues allows me to use my variety of techniques demanded by the muscular system I’m working with. I listen and we discuss and treat, whether a problematic or just relaxation massage. If your open to feeling better and feel a difference, then I look forward to working with you. Stay hydrated!
What I enjoy most about my work is helping people feel better and educating them on self-help techniques for independent care and the positive results that come along or very rewarding and satisfying to the soul.
I work with children from 8yr thru teens. Today’s demands on our children are also stressful to them. Massage helps calm kids minds and helps decrease their growing pains and help prevent injuries!
Massage can also help with hormonal balancing. Ie mood swings. And help bring self-confidence about their bodies to them. Specially coming into their teens.
Every client is always fully covered with a sheet and light cover. Exposing only the parts ,example ,arm or a leg..to be exposed. No exceptions to be “naked”. This is the law for our practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client for the first time I take notes and all their medical information I like people to come in if they can fill a quick shower and my client is always covered never exposed this is the law for Massage. No exceptions. Going to a house we bring everything just ask that the client is ready prior to the therapist arrival and showered for hygiene for everybody
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of education I’ve been in practice since 1989. I’ve worked with pregnancy , neuromuscular , cranial sacral, pre-and post surgeries and well diverse , and I love my work !
Starting in Florida we had to have CEU’s over here California is a little different I still continue to go to classes because I feel I never stop learning when it comes to the human body and how it functions .

Usual session can be anywhere between $70 -$145 depending on the treatment and length of time, if asked, packages are available .
How did you get started in this business?
Going to physical therapy as I was a teenager I always thought how nice it would be to help other people get better and feel better .
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked and still work with a multitude of issues and just good ol relaxation!
A lot of people come to me and chronic pain, high-performing athletes, seniors and stay at home moms.
Being in Coronado I have a lot of military in my practice .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for somebody who’s been working with a similar issue request you want. To make sure that they’re in a scope of practice at their studio or location , their house is not a massage studio, and their massage studio /office should be very clean condition as their products should be too.
If working barefoot, are they clean and hygiene ,do they represent what they are sharing .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Number one thing to look at before is there license and insurance and years in practice both full or part time
who is their major clientele ? What age and gender and physical ability and or disabilities make up the practice.
