About

Hi and welcome! I do Relaxation, Swedish, and Deep Tissue massages. I specialize in a medium pressure Swedish and Relaxation massage. I am intuitive with the body, giving extra attention to tight muscles and when I perform my massage, people have commented that they like my 'flow.'

If desired, I am also able to add Aromatherapy and if you have any muscle group that needs extra attention, then I can do the equivalent of an Enhanced Muscle Therapy that spas use. With enhanced muscle therapy, I warm the muscles with a hot towel, then near the end of the session use prossage, which will further warm and relax your muscles, providing increase oxygenated blood flow to that area. After, I clean off the prossage and apply biofreeze, giving a cooling effect that blocks signals from receptors in painful area to the brain which essentially decreases pain. As I can only do outcalls, I would need to use your microwave to warm the towels up.

I enjoy making people feel better. We all have a lot going on in our lives so just to be able to give an escape, even for a small moment is very gratifying. I have also seen firsthand what massage can do for people that live everyday with pain due to a car accident or an ailing condition and it is very gratifying to know I made them feel better even if it's just for a moment.

    Frequently asked questions

My intake process begins by asking them if they've ever had a professional massage before so that I can explain the process and formalities of the massage experience. After, I ask questions about their general health to see if there are any contraindications or to decide if I would need a doctors approval before performing bodywork. Then, we discuss their problem areas, areas to focus on, areas to avoid and preferred pressure.

I graduated Houston School of Massage in July 2019 where I completed 570 hours, 120 hrs being my internship. I also have completed my Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) which is an examination recognized and required by many states but California does not require licensees to take it. I have been licensed in California since December 2019. I am currently employed at Massage Envy in Lemon Grove.

I was in the military and wasn't really sure what I wanted to do once I got out. I tried Community College first not really sure what I wanted my major in. After struggling with math, I took a break for a semester and decided to try massage. I liked it and after seeing that there's more to it than just relaxation purposes, I have only been falling for it more and more. I will be attending SFSU this Fall semester to complete my BS in Kinesiology to understand the body better and hone my craft more.

All kinds. Women, men, young adults, geriatric, cancer clients going through chemotherapy, clients with sciatica, clients with edema, clients with limited range of motion.
