I have over 12 years of experience providing services to a variety of clients and specialize in treatment of injuries and painful conditions. I also provide instructions in self-treatment if requested by the client. I am a licensed Occupational therapist and Massage therapist with Certification in Corrective Exercise therapy. I have advanced certification in John Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching techniques.
I feel very gratified when I am able to provide pain relief to clients and assist them in returning to participation in their favorite activities without pain.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them fill out an intake form and take time to review any past injuries or health concerns and then discuss their goals for the session on that day and any future goals that I may assist them with.
