What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time a client comes to see me, we spend the first few minutes discussing their issues and expectations and how Inplan to address that challenge for them.
it doesn't end there. I keep very good notes and always start each follow up session updating and finding out how the treatment is helping so I can change it as necessary. The clients healing and comfort is my first responsibility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed through the state of WI and have been in business for myself since 2003. I continue to take ongoing trading every year and to stay up with the latest information and research as it relates to massage therapist and healing for my clients.
