About
Clean, professional, friendly, covid-19 compliant, outgoing and calm massage therapist who utilizes many skills including energy work to help reduce migraines, provide prenatal massage, relaxation massage, and pin pointed injury treatment.
I like people. I enjoy interacting with individuals at all life stages. I like seeing the happiness that self care brings and the overall calmness and stress improvement that is gained by everyone after their session is complete. Our bodies are the most advanced machinery out there when we maintain them. When we reduce stress it reduces anxiety, racing thoughts, and calms our center. It's a beautiful thing.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat at the beginning of session to see what the outcomes that are desired are. Each person is unique so the session is tailored to each person individually and completely.
All bookings are completed through the massagebook website. All health forms and questionairres are sent prior to the session to be filled out and returned so I have a general overall understanding of what is needed prior to session as well as the newly mandated covid questionairre. Email/Text reminders are sent via the website as well, and payment is collected via the website as well so it is touchless and more Covid compliant.
With all clients, Covid precautions are in place: UV and spray cleaner sanitization, temperature check, spacing of time, professional linen service (Medicleanse) takes care of all the sheets and towels, masks, gloves, the whole nine yards are in place.
Likes / dislikes / preferences are also noted at the first session meeting so please share so I am aware.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Everest in Seattle/ Tacoma, graduated winter 2009. I have extra experience with migraine treatment, pregnancy massage, energy work, and working with individuals with severe anxiety.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Currently a $60 special for prenatal / relaxation / deep tissue massage if you text me at 206-659-6069 and tell me the price and you found me on Thervo :)
How did you get started in this business?
I enjoy working with people in a healing capacity. Massage is a self care that has helped me through illness and injury. So I give back. I love it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with severly injured individuals who had work accidents and car accidents, elderly clients, I have worked with spa clients, chair massage clients, pregnant women, kids, and I have worked with individuals managing PTSD traumas and severe anxiety. So, pretty much everyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy charity work. I participate in National Night Out each and every year I can get out to it. Also anything that has to do with throwing parties. Very fond of planning and throwing parties of all sizes. And Halloween and Christmas are my jam - such beautiful scenery in the fall and winter in the Pacific Northwest.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say to look for Washington Department of Health licensed professionals, we are required to post and provide proof of licensure at place of business and all marketing, as well as have proper insurance to conduct business. Our job is professional, with no funny business, places where the therapists are very heavy handed and seem distracted and/or are unable to verbally communicate in the same language with you puts you at risk and you are very likely in an unlicensed facility and those workers have a very high probability of injuring you. Department of Health holds all of our licenses. Look us up, if we are professionally trained and licensed, we are there :)
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you able to verbalize where you are in pain or injured? Sometimes this one is hard if you feel bad all over.
If you have any worries or concerns regarding session please ask the massage therapist before the session or as the questions come up. No professional wants their clients to be uncomfortable. No question is silly or bad. We have seen and heard so many questions through experience so please ask.
