I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have 20 years of massage experience specializing in deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
I've worked in a European resort and also in a fitness environment helping many athletes accomplish their goals. That allowed me to incorporate many different types of stretching techniques into my massage therapy. I've also worked with all sorts of injuries and assisted in rehabilitation.
I've had the privilege of helping in hospice care with many cancer and autoimmune patients, which requires a more gentle touch.
I would like the pleasure of removing your muscle aches and pains and improving your quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client will fill out a client intake form so I can assess their personal needs and their expectations of the massage. I will usually do a postural analysis if they have specific pain points. I will explain the draping process and how to lay on the massage table.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in sports therapy, orthopedic massage, Structural Relief Therapy and I'm also a reflexologist. I also do chair massage
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My fee for a full body massage 75 minutes is $90 for the Williamsburg area. $100 outside of Williamsburg
How did you get started in this business?
I injured my back and had regular massages to help my recovery. I realized the benefits of massage and decided to pursue that as a career
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a therapist that gels with your personality
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Their expectations of the results. Sometimes for the massage to have full benefits requires some work at home from the client such as exercise or stretching. Also maybe considering a number of therapies in conjunction with massage to get the desired result
