Specializing in deep tissue, trigger point, sport and swedish massages. We customize each session to fit the clients needs. We also offer full body stretching to help with mobility, blood circulation, and injury prevention. We strive to offer excellent five star customer service. We are both licensed and insured.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best quality service, consultations as well as completed intake forms are required before the start of each bodywork session. Consultations enable the therapist a road map specific to clients needs and outlines contraindications.
