I've been a Licensed Massage Therpist for 5 years. I've specialized in deep tissue, sports massage and injury rehabilitation. I also offer barefoot massage, it's a massage that is done with the feet and personally my favorite massage to receive. Other services I offer are cupping and scraping. They can be added to your massage and are an excellent way to break up adhesions that may be causing sore or tight muscles.

I enjoy the puzzle aspect of working with the body. Every body is unique and we each have different factors that contribute to the state our muscles are in. Bringing awareness through the work that I do has helped my clients get rid of chronic pain they have been dealing with for a long time. I love being able to help my clients change the relationship they have with their body through massage.
