What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer in person but also offer Virtual Zoom meetings. Utah Lakes' focus is based on working with trauma, grief, abandonment, and other experiences that sit strong in the body. Our ultimate goal is helping people heal from what they've internalized as threatening, overwhelming, and unbearable which manifests in anxiety, depression, insecurities, etc. I think you'll be very glad you took the chance to work with us. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a group of highly trained therapists in advanced methods not provided but other common counselors / therapists who only do "talk Therapy." We have advanced training in EMDR, brain spotting, and other modalities available for the welfare and support of our clients we call friends.

We are also available to answer all billing questions you may have and can work on getting approved for your insurance if not listed above.
