What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers contact me to discuss what type of service is needed, the time and date that works best, and negotiate the price of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in kinesiology, I am a former licensed Physical therapy assistant, licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I usually charge for length of service not the type of massage requested and depending on distance traveled I may include a travel fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I've worked for a couple of different high end spas over the last year and half. I incorporate the skills and techniques I've learned from both school and from the field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of clients from athletes, office workers, medical professionals and everything in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice I can give is to understand exactly what type of service you liked to have. Knowing what type of massage is most beneficial for your specific needs and wants.
