About
We offer online Physical Therapy Services. We teach you how to test your body to pin point the issues that are causing your pain or loss of movement and then teach you the best moves to correct the limitation or actual cause of your pain. Once you have these tools they are yours forever and you can use them as often as you need to bring your body back into balance.
We love sharing this system with you because you are empowered to help yourself after learning the system. You are independent in correcting many issues which cause pain, loss of mobility and fatigue. We sill support you as long as you feel you need support. Then you are able to do the movements on your own.
Mary Thomas, PT created the BODi Power System because she was frustrated that the physical therapy she learned in School was not creating the results she wanted or restoring the movement she loved so much.
Ms. Thomas graduated with honors from the University of Montana in 1989 with a degree in Physical Therapy. 30 years of experience were brought together into the BODi Power System. See www.innovativetherapypc.com for more information about the system. You can also check out Mary Thomas, PT on linked in and innovativetherapyp.c. on facebook.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a history, do a few tests so we can define progress which is measured through out each session and then get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Montana School of Physical Therapy in 1989.
I have completed 100s of hours of continuing education over the years and over the last 6 years I have been developing my own system call the BODi Power System.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I accept a variety of Insurances. Please call me at 956-994-1700.
If you do not have insurance we offer packages described below.
6 sessions $550
12 sessions $1050
24 sessions $1999
The number of sessions you will need depends on the extent of your pain and movement limitations, how quickly you learn and how far you want to go.
How did you get started in this business?
I had been a Phyiscal Therapist for 24 years and had been through my own health crisis. The frustration with the slow progress and increasing expenses was overwhelming to me. I felt in my heart there was a solution and I had to find it. I used my own body as a laboratory and began to put together information. I started using with clients 9 months later.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with kids as young as 6 and adults as old as 90. I have worked with veterans with severe PTSD and people who have MS and others who just want to stop the pain.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my clients just broke the Guiness Book of World records for the most push ups in 24 minutes. He completed 1068. This was a man who came in with shoulder pain, elbow pain and back pain. He had fractured both collar bones and both elbows. He had dislocated both shoulders and didn't think there was hope or help for his situation. He told he had already been to PT. I said lets get started. He still does the system long after I had discharged him from my care. He knew he could continue to bring balance to his body with the system.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask yourself some questions -
1. Do I feel better after the sessions?
2. Am I learning how to help myself?
3. Am I getting a return on my investment because I am feeling better and I know how to help myself?
If you can answer yes to these questions at least 80% of the time you are probably with a terrific Physical Therapist. If not you may want to consider another option.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Are you going to teach me how to help myself?
2. How often do we evaluate the results of the actions we are taking to ensure we are getting results?
3. If I am not getting results what actions will you take to change the treatment program to improve my results?
