What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A profile is created to understand what my clients' needs are and to make sure they are met. If it is a deeper issue, I take notes to pick up where we left off. I ask a few questions over the telephone to be sure I am working on serious individuals who are respectful of my services. Massage therapy can be misunderstood in so many ways, so I make it a priority to educate my clients so that we can have a long term relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sports, chronic back pain, sciatic nerve relief, aromatherapy, cupping, fascia/connective tissue manipulation, and bamboo therapy.
