I went back and fourth on getting one of these for a while and finally decided I’d get one. I decided on the Tim Tam Pro because of the heat feature. Since I got it, I’ve noticed I’ve been sleeping better and using it after my workouts has been amazing! Even at the 2800 speed, conversations can still be had and though I’ve seen reviews state it’s loud, it’s no louder then the car a/c on high (just a different type of sound.
I need to add that the customer service is excellent! At first I had a few questions and noticed the number to reach out through text and this was a Saturday evening, so I figured maybe Monday I’d get a response, nope, that evening (only a couple hours later I’d say). I had all my answers. The two people I’ve had interactions with have been very helpful and just nice people. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

Top quality products & great customer service! There are so many massage guns out there now but nothing beats the TimTam versions. I use mine in clinic so it’s used on an industrial level and nothing else compares to the power output each time. All the products in general are made using high quality materials and offer fantastic productivity.
