I practice Neuromuscular Therapy with integrated myofascial therapies such as cupping and ultrasound to provide a comprehensive plan for dealing with your pain.

I graduated 10 years ago from the top school in the country, the National Holistic Institute, where I learned anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, and pathology along with 12 modalities of massage, focusing on Swedish, Shiatsu, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Neuromuscular Therapy has been my primary practice since 2018. My specialties are migraine/tension headaches and trigger point therapy. I'm passionate about pain management and getting my clients out of pain and back to the best versions of themselves.
