I graduated from the top school in the country, the National Holistic Institute, 10 years ago, where I learned anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, and pathology along with 12 modalities of massage, focusing on Swedish, Shiatsu, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Neuromuscular Therapy has been my primary practice since 2018. My specialties are migraine/tension headaches and trigger point therapy. I'm passionate about pain management and getting my clients out of pain and back to the best versions of themselves.
