Izaila from Forever Balanced did an amazing job for our deep tissue massage session. He’s super friendly and professional, setting up the equipments very quick and turning my room into a cozy massage studio within a minute. His massage skills are supreme, I feel so relaxed after the one hour session and I will definitely schedule a longer one for the next appointment. As someone who go to massage studios very often, I highly recommend Izaila for a in-home massage.

Dr. Paula provides a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment options based on her extensive knowledge and experience in all forms of physical therapy and alignment. She will spend the time to make sure you understand "why" you are in pain, and "how" to alleviate and correct the problem(s). Her easy-to-follow instructions will guide you to achieve strength and balance to the problematic areas specific to you. I drove down from the Bay Area to see Dr. Paula based on a recommendation from a friend, and it truly was worth it. I plan to see her whenever I'm in the area, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking to resolve physical discomforts and chronic pain.
