About this pro

I weave together an integrative, holistic, personally tailored and collaborative treatment, based on your health history, ayurvedic constitution, your wellness goals and the rhythms of your lifestyle. Since I am also a trauma recovery specialist, birth and hospice doula, meditation/intuitive development teacher and life coach, I help you lean into your innate and divinely-gifted self healing nature. I use clinical grade oils applied to acupuncture points (Acupoint aromatherapy), to enhance chi flow. I do not accept insurance. Gratuities are welcome, as we all strive towards sustainability in our life practices. Kind thanks fr your interest. Best in health☆

Having grown up in an exquisitely beautiful place with every manner of environmental and food sensitivity, I have been looking to nature for nourishment, guidance and have been the healer for hurting creatures, since I had my first bird hospital at age 3. Food, lifestyle, beauty, balance, Light and Love are all ingredients that continue to sustain me. As is skillful, kind and compassionate touch. Healing myself and others is a gift I've been blessed with. I'd be honored to share.

Erika's authenticity. Her expertise and kind, strong yet gentle touch that is obviously respectful and was like nothing else i've experienced in all my years of therapeutic bodywork.

How did you get started in this business?

I followed my heart and love walking my talk and sharing my self-healing discoveries.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All ages, backgrounds, creeds, nations, LGBTQ, people in trauma recovery, birthing families,  infants, children, hospice care for both those in passage and their families, care givers, dogs.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Exploring Austin, having freshly moved from the kindredly beautiful Seattle: The oaks, springs, flora, creative vibrancy, farmers markets and people are all treasures.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask alot of questions and be sure to choose someone who has deep listening skill. Also, take some conscious and slow, deep breaths as you connect with them. Do you feel at ease? Your body will help you choose who will best co-pilot your built-in roadmap home to wellness. You are the captain of your wellness ship.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What do you want? What most inspires you? What keeps you up at night worrying? Who would make you feel most comfortable sharing these with, welcoming this level of vulnerability, as a complete stranger? Who would you trust with your child? Search with a Mamma Bear/Pappa Bear mentality, on your own behalf. Nothing is more valuable than your peace and health.
