My Healing Space works with clients of all ages with an array of therapeutic needs to offer whole healing; Body, Mind and Spirit healing. We are passionate about healing and take an empathetic approach to understanding our guests’ individual needs. At My Healing Space, we combine years of knowledge and experience, along with compassion, intuition and intuitive touch to provide the most effective, therapeutic results and healing. We offer Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Cupping Massage, Myofascial Release, Reiki and Cranial Sacral Therapy to meet the needs and desires of all guests.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting new guests, we strive to offer a safe and relaxed setting to provide compassionate and focused attention to their concerns, needs and goals. We allot ample time to ensure that all questions are answered appropriately and all stages of the session/treatment plan are completely understood, leaving the guests feeling a great sense of comfort and security throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Melyssa attended the Lauterstein Conway School of Massage in Austin, Texas, graduating in 2002. She has worked in a variety of settings including a day spa, chiropractic offices, and a private massage therapy practice working with clients of all ages and with various therapeutic needs, including physical and emotional healing. In addition to deep tissue, sports, Swedish, prenatal, and hot stone massage, Melyssa has been trained in cupping massage, myofascial release, structural and integrative bodywork, qi gong, acupressure and reiki. She is very passionate about helping and healing by the way of implementing her experience, intuitive touch and an empathetic approach to understanding her clients’ needs. Melyssa customizes each massage based on a client's individual needs and desires. Along with her ability to intuitively connect with the body's needs, deep tissue massage and Myofascial Release are her specialties.
