Hello, I am Lauren and I have been a practicing massage therapist for over 8 years. My massage style is best described as methodical, with the intention of relaxing and resetting the body's nervous system by incorporating and infusing the relaxing qualities of Swedish along with the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue where needed.

Relieving chronic neck tension from working at a computer all day is one of her specialties, as well as working on facial, sinus and TMJ disorders.

I am also a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist with over 12 years of experience so I like to infuse that background by incorporating tension relieving facial and scalp massage.

Above all, I enjoy creating a massage that is custom tailored to what each client's needs are in order to meet them where they are currently, both physically and mentally, in order to leave them feeling noticeably improved and relaxed.
