🌟 Greetings! I'm Winifred Okafor, a seasoned Licensed SUD Counselor, Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (ICADC), and Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with 18+ years in Behavioral/Mental Health and substance abuse treatment.
I am also the owner of Purpose Driven Services (PDS), a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and Outpatient Addiction Treatment Service Provider.
💡 My focus is supporting DOT-regulated safety-sensitive individuals. Services include DOT SAP Return-To-Duty (RTD) Assessments, follow-ups, SAP recommended treatment and education, Relapse Prevention, Aftercare, and non-SAP offerings like SAE, EAP, IOP/SOP, and Online Substance Abuse classes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet for a FREE 15-minute consultation which is to help both of us assess your needs and DOT drug testing regulation violated, understand the SAP process and my approach to determine if it fits for you. The free consultation is a chance for you to discuss some of your key health and overall goals and concerns.

I also have over 18 hands-on experience in Behavioral- Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment fields. My expertise is directly working with individuals - adults, children and teens, couples, and families who are prepared to face and defeat their challenges with a comprehensive assessment, intensive treatment, and long-term plausible strategies for their addiction, drug/alcohol, and substance abuse-related matters.
