Helping people deal with the challenges of life gives my own life more meaning. As a caregiver to a disabled spouse, I have experienced first hand the frustrations and struggles related to issue with chronic illness. Through training, independent study, and trial and error practice I have developed a program for helping both the patient and those caring for them.

A Better Choice is passionate about our clients. We work as individual and family problem solvers by offering Group and Individual Counseling. We specialize in substance abuse issues, anger management, family issues, self-esteem building, and a host if other concerns that impact daily living.
