As a caregiver to a disabled spouse, I have experienced first hand the frustrations and struggles related to issue with chronic illness. Through training, independent study, and trial and error practice I have developed a program for helping both the patient and those caring for them.

We specialize in substance abuse issues, anger management, family issues, self-esteem building, and a host if other concerns that impact daily living. The therapist at A Better Choice, have a wide array of experiences. We have been in private practice since 2009 and understand the need for clients to be heard and understood.
