I'm versed in many modalities and really enjoy spa services and therapeutic healing work. I ask a lot of questions initially, so I can tailor your service just for you and your needs. It's always your message! Not mine!
Each service includes hot stones to problem areas. Warm compresses and aromatherapy.
Tuesday and Thursday I'm available for mobile services in your home or office.

Despite our long term client relationship she always asks 1) any change in medical history 2) any area that needs special attention before each and every session. These questions are asked regardless of the fact that I receive monthly massages. In addition Shelia constantly takes continued education courses.
