What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we thoroughly communicate over the phone and find out exactly what kind of massage they're looking for. Any health history I should know about and simply to get them to know them better. And then I will make an appointment for them to have a massage and when I come to them we sit and talke for a bit and get comfortable with with each other. And then proceed with the massage
