What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have them fill out information form. Talk about what kind of massage and how much time they want. Get to know them a little. Then start massage face up first, work on the front and then have them turn over and finish on the back. The last thing I work on is the back and shoulders. I have a massage tool I usually use across the back of the body that really helps finish off the massage. Usually the clients are very relaxed after.
