I've learned during my career that not only am I helping my clients, they help me by knowing that I'm helping them. I am a licensed healthcare provider by the State Of Tennessee where I have a massage room in my residence and been providing massage therapy since 2001. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really easy. On the first appointment we go over some basic medical questions, get a brief medical history of the client to ensure it's safe for the client to get a massage. Once that has been established the client can ask any questions they may have about the massage treatment.
