My focus is to make this the best massage experience for you. I create a customized massage for each individual with a focus on pain relief, stress reudction and making you feel at ease in your body. I've been located in the heart of the Montavilla neighborhood since 2006.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After finding the best time and day for your appointment, we'll do a quick intake to decide what you would like to address during your session and create your tailored massage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my eduaction at East-West College in Portland, OR. I've focused my continuing education on neuromuscular therapy, Hot Stone therapy, Deep Tissue and Prenatal massage.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing is $70 per hour for relaxation amd starts at $80 per hour for medical massage.
How did you get started in this business?
I love hands on work and natural medicine. Massage therapy was the perfect blend of the two!
