Mara has a 35 year history as a massage therapist. She is proficient in many types of massage including energy work, pregnancy massage, Swedish/relaxing, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and more. In addition to massage therapy Mara has an associates degree in mind/body transformational pshycology, and has certifications in holistic nutrition, yoga instruction, quantum biofeedback, Matrix Energetics, Re-connective healing and more.
