I just ask them to arrive 10 minutes earlier to fill out the nessessary intake forms

How did you get started in this business?
I went to school for physical therapy first then while working in the field decided to become a medical massage therapist because most of the physical therapy places around didn't do massage and I feel that's a major part in healing someone's pain and muscles.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work on from stay at home parents to teachers, town workers, policemen, firefighters, paramedics, nurses, athletes of all ages, pregnant women, Fibromyalgia patients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A clients called for an appointment and was in dying need for help w her lower back. She told me she has been to three other ppl that she felt didn't help her.. I told her I would love to help her and within 15 mins of the massage she's already thanking me bc she can feel that she's feeling better. After the massage she thanked me and hugged me... she txted me two days later and says she so great full she found me and she feels 100% better... she made a follow up appointment 2 weeks later.... I love my job I don't do it for the money that's for sure
