About
Having a strong passion for health and wellness, I decided to go to massage school after exiting the United States Army. I had just earned my Bachelors in Sports and Health Science and was looking for a way to make a difference in other's health and well-being. I decided to go to massage school because I felt it was the perfect link between training athletes and promoting health.
Since graduating massage school in 2018, I have thrived in the field of massage, absorbing all the knowledge I can. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Advanced Sports Massage, and Integrative Reflexology with a long list of continuing education classes I plan to take to develop my skills and techniques for my clients.
My promise to my clients is to never stop learning. I am a life-long student to my craft and I love sharing information as well!
Thank you for taking your time to read through my bio and I hope to see you soon!
My favorite part about the work I do is seeing the improvements in people's pain/discomfort by the end of just one session!
My work gives others the ability to live their best life with less pain, better mobility and greater flexibility! In return, clients who move well experience less injuries from sport or aging.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will complete a liability waiver and intake form which covers brief medical and massage history.
Clients who have never had massage before will be walked through the entire process, and we will only work within the confines that make you comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science - AMU - GPA 4.0
Therapeutic Massage Diploma - SPCC - GPA 4.0
Certified in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Advanced Sports Massage, and Integrative Reflexology.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with an array of clients. I have experience with minors, elderly, special needs, obese, athletes & bodybuilders. I specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation (my services do not replace physical therapy)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice when selecting a massage therapist to to find one who has a solid educational background and experience working with someone similar to your demographic (i.e. athlete, elderly, relaxation)
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The number #1 reason people don't get the most out of their massages is not doing the "homework" assigned by the practitioner (i.e. stretching, postural work) and not getting regular massages.
Massage works by influencing the nervous system. Therefore, it is important the signals your massage therapist is initiating be reinforced by stretching and regular massage to "retrain" your nervous system.
So I believe the best question to explore is, "Am I willing to put in the work into my healing/rehabilitation?"
