Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to evaluate if we are the right fit. After that we book an initial visit for any of my treatments. You will receive a comprehensive intake form, that can be easily filled with your device, but you can choose to fill it up in paper during your first visit where you will receive an initial asesessment, followed by treatment. After that visit you will receive a review of findings and recommendations of a course of treatment (acupuncture, massage, herbs, exercise, lifestyle modifications, etc). You have direct access to me via text message with any questions throughout the process.

What types of customers have you worked with?
People of any walk of life, body type, gender presentation, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity and physical ability.
I have worked with patients living with chronic illness, acute and chronic pain. Athletes, dancers, neurodiverse folks, people who need to calm down their nervous system, people who work too much or give too much to their families/employment and need to replenish.
Our approach is holistic, trauma sensitive and evidence informed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Qualifications are important, research available reviews and if you feel safe with it, try a visit. The best way to know if this type of approach works for you is to experience it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make a list of all the issues affecting you, take some time to think of the kind of support you feel you need. Think about what you like and don't like regarding touch and health.
