Counseling -  empowers diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals." Counseling involves helping people make needed changes in ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and is a goal-based collaborative process, involving a non-judgmental, support by counselor.

For some people this process takes a small amount of time, in some cases as little as one or two sessions; for others, the process may last longer.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) - is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders and severe mental illness.

How Im going to help you:

Learning to recognize one's distortions in thinking that are creating problems, and then to reevaluate them in light of reality.Gaining a better understanding of the behavior and motivation of others.Using problem-solving skills to cope with difficult situations.Learning to develop a greater sense of confidence is one's own abilities.CBT places an emphasis on helping individuals learn to be their own therapists. Through exercises in the session as well as “homework” exercises outside of sessions, patients/clients are helped to develop coping skills, whereby they can learn to change their own thinking, problematic emotions and behavior.

Neuro-linguistic programming -  propose that everyone has a personal map of reality. Those who practice NLP analyze their own and other perspectives to create a systematic overview of one situation. By understanding a range of perspectives, the NLP user gains information.

Neuro-linguistic programming is an experiential approach. Therefore, if a person wants to understand an action, they must perform that same action to learn from the experience.

NLP practitioners believe there are natural hierarchies of learning, communication, and change. The six logical levels of change are:

Purpose and spirituality:  This can be involvement in something larger than oneself, such as religion, ethics, or another system. This is the highest level of change.

Identity: Identity is the person you perceive yourself to be and includes your responsibilities and the roles you play in life.

Beliefs and values: These are your personal belief system and the issues that matter to you.

Capabilities and skills: These are your abilities and what you can do.

Behaviors: Behaviors are the specific actions you perform.

Environment: Your environment is your context or setting, including any other people around you. This is the lowest level of change.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process in beginning a new client relationship for the first session is to start with a 30 minute conversation. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there.

If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted professional who may be.

If we decide to move forward together, I will begin by sending some "pre-work" activities to get the ball rolling. This may also include the Homework exercises for the mind, body and spirit - an assessment that measures your current consciousness and overall engagement.

Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client - as is the nature of the therapies. You will make the empowering choices and I will walk with you from day one as guide and supporter.

How did you get started in this business?

5 years ago when I came through my own healing process to expand my conciousness and gifts

My ability to see energy, and contact others inside out the bodies started to grow, and after I refuses it for a few times i decided to get in and discover what myself wanted to tell me.

I've discovered a new world and I'm glad to share and help people see through this light.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Addicted, suicidal,  cancer, depression, anxiety, mystical... all kind.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I can't think about one right now

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

You dont need somebody to understand you im a whole way. You need trust in someone who makes you understand who and why are you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

To be true I dont know exactly.

All work had been given to all patients who opened their conscious to receive the energies and treatments offered.

The common questions that I use to hear is:

What is my purpose in life?

Why can't I stop thinking?

Should I tell my secrects to you ? Lol

Would u be ale to help me?

I have no options in life do I?

And so on...
