StayFIT Physical Therapy LLC

If you or someone you knows is looking into physical therapy, you're in the right place. StayFIT offers personal one on one physical therapy services. As a new patient, we recommend you consult with your physician first. In order for us to use your health insurance to help cover your physical therapy needs, we need a doctors referral referring you to physical therapy. Once you visit with your doctor and he or she agrees physical therapy will benefit you, his or her office will fax the referral to one of our clinics and our front desk will call you that same day or the following day to schedule an appointment. 

StayFIT PT is unique as we are one of the few physical therapy clinics on Oahu that takes almost all insurances (with the exception of Kaiser Medical insurance). Each person's insurance covers varies on if there will be a copayment and the amount of the copayment. In order for us to use your health insurance to cover your physical therapy treatments with us, we will need a doctor's referral for physcial therapy first. If you do not have medical insurance or wish not to use it, we can still help you, you will just have to pay out of pocket. Please call our front desk to inquire more about the costs of our services. 

StayFIT Physical Therapy LLC was started in 2007 by co-owner physical therapists Catherine Koike and Chip Yamaguchi. From their first clinic opening in Aiea Medical Building to now, StayFIT has expanded with a clinic in Kapolei as well and with a staff of more than 20 wonderful people. 

We work with ages 5 to 105. Our patients come from all over the island to see us, some even coming to us while on vacation here in Hawaii.
