Sydena is a 2012 graduate of Georgia Northwestern Technical College. There she earned an Associates Degree in Neuromuscular Therapy. Sydena’s approach to massage is to combine light to medium pressure relaxation massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy. Combining these techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage for relieving tight muscles from everyday use to overuse injuries. Sydena specializes in therapy that does not have to work to hurt.
