I offer mindful based approach to therapeutic bodywork since 2006. I am a practitioner/facilitator of meditation techniques since 2014. Also I am a licensed PTA and RYT 200 hr. I draw on all the experiences in a range of modalities over the years to offer a uniques blend of Massage tailored to you specifically. No massage is the ever the same. I prefer to perform house calls or have a space available if house is not an option.

For me.. massage was my first introduction to meditative practices.. I still very much treat it as an art.. a dynamic, ever changing passion of creative expression. When I combine this aspect with my roots in neuromuscular therapy the blend is truly unique.
