Peak Cryotherapy and Massage is the premier wellness location in Delaware dedicated to offering whole-body cryotherapy, Cryo-Glo facials and massage.
Whole-body cryotherapy can reduce pain and inflammation, improve skin condition and tone and speed recovery from muscle soreness.
Our full 30-, 60- or 90-minute massages are customized to meet your unique needs. We even offer Reflexology, Mu-Xing and unique and relaxing Lomi Lomi massage!
Our chemical-free Cryo-Glo facial uses cold air to help minimize pores, reduce puffiness and stimulate collagen production for a tigher, brighter, more youthful complexion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being a family-run business, we want our clients to be comfortable from the moment they arrive. Our friendly staff will welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
New cryotherapy and massage clients complete a health inventory, so we can understand your wants, needs and concerns. We are with you throughout your visit, so you don't have to worry about what to do next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Licensed massage therapists are well trained in a variety of techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, sports and relaxation massages. Their specialties include Reflexology, Mu-Xing and Lomi Lomi.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer full 30-minute ($45), 60-minute ($80) and 90-minute ($115) masages. We discount our massages for new clients by 20%.
You can try Whole-Body Cryotherapy for only $29 and a Cryo-Glo Facial for only $25. We have annual memberships and packages that keep the pricing affordable.
How did you get started in this business?
In searching for a non-invasive solution to a painful shoulder, I found whole-body cryotherapy online and gave it a try. I loved it right away, but the closest location was more than an hour away, so my brother and I decided to bring cryotherapy to the community in which we grew up.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Given the range of symptoms alleviated by our services, our clients are varied.
Many try cryotherapy for relief from pain from muscle soreness associated with strenuous workouts such as Cross Fit, boxing/martial arts, running, sports, etc. Many have nagging knee, back, neck and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk too long, old injuries, or inflammation. Some are seeking relief from the pain of autoimmune diseases or insomnia and some just want to benefit from the boost to energy and metabolism. Massage is the perfect complement to cryotherapy, because it works on the imbalances that cause a lot of the pain and inflammation.
Cryo-Glo Facials are popular with both men and women who want a quick, non-chemical way to brighten and tighten the skin on the face and neck.
