I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NPTI since 2002. As a fitness enthusiast, I've always been passionate in the health and wellness field. I have been working in the health field for over 30 years. My background is in Physical Therapy, fitness instruction, personal training, nutrition guidance. I have lead classes for seniors. I was Director of Fitness for Greenhouse Intl provided training and nutritional guidance for THE BEAN weight loss infomercial from 2005-2007
When I service my customers they can rest assure they will recieve the FULL time they schedule with me. If they schedule a 1hr massage they recieve a 1hr massage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I respond to a lead's request it is important they call (leave message if I'm not able to answer) so that we can move forward with setting up their appointment.
I recommend client arrive 10-15 minutes prior their appointment time to allow time to fill out a intake form. This form must be filled out and signed before service begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist studied at the Academy of Massage and Bodyworks. Board Certified with BCTMB
I have certifications through Strategic Intervention and Dowell Theological Seminary as a Life Coach and Counselor.

How did you get started in this business?
When Barbara was a (and still is BTW) Personal Trainer she wanted to expand her business to include massage therapy so she went to school to become a licensed massage therapist. From there after noticing she was naturally helping people within their relationships with their significant other she became a Certified Life & Relationship Coach and Counselor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Men, women, and couples 25 and over needing massage therapy and life relationship coaching.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that when you decide on reaching out to a professional that you are leaving them your information, such as your name, number, best time for business to reach you, and what type of service it is your looking for.
If you are calling business always leave them a detailed VM so business knows how to reach you. Some businesses won't call back if you don't bother to leave them a message. This may be due to a lot of telemarketers out there bombarding businesses with useless calls. Don't let yourself be one of them.
Always be kind and respectful when in conversation with any business. Don't ask questions that are out of bounds of what a business does.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If busines has a website, (and most do) take some time by using due diligence to review their website. A lot of your questions are answered there. Such as fees, hours of availability, and what to expect at your appointment.
