Resilience, PLLC
About
I believe in challenging and compassionate work with my clients. While working with substance abuse and mental health disorders, I feel it is important to be honest, up front, and caring in regards to dangerous or unhealthy behavior patterns. I work from a place of authenticity, and I feel that the relationship between the therapist and the client is of the utmost importance in order to promote long lasting change.
I am licensed in Colorado as both a professional counselor (LPC) and addictions counselor (LAC). Please visit my website to learn more about my experience and my practice - https://resiliencetherapycolorado.com/
I am beyond grateful to get to do this work as both my career and as my passion. I understand how hard opening up to a complete stranger may seem, and it means the world to me to watch clients do this, and find personal growth, on a daily basis.
I enjoy a holistic approach to recovery, and often incorporate mindfulness interventions that focus on the person as a spiritual, emotional, and physical being.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial session, I think it is important for the client to get the time and space to discuss the issues that have brought them into my office. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Master's in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and hold professional licenses in both Counseling (LPC) and Addictions Counseling (LAC).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My session fee is $130 per hour. At this time, Resilience PLLC does not participate in-network with any insurance companies. If you are wanting to utilize your insurance benefits your current insurance plan may offer partial reimbursement for an out-of-network provider. Contact your insurance provider to receive more information about your out-of-network benefits.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with adolescent and adult clients age 15 to 65, with both men and women, and with people from various socioeconomic backgrounds. I value diversity in my practice and am inclusive and welcoming to all individuals.
