In my counseling practice, I provide a safe space, or a healing ground, where empathy, trust, respect, and acceptance are cornerstones. I provide individual counseling for adults of any age, race, or culture and specialize in trauma, grief and loss, and LGBT+ concerns. I also work with a variety of other concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional disturbance, women's issues, codependence, couples, obsession, aging, coping skills, self-esteem, chronic illness, and transitions.
