About
I offer a warm and caring environment in my therapy practice. I will help you build awareness of where those critical thoughts come from and incorporate mindfulness and coping skills to help you target and reduce those thoughts to live a more fulfilling life. I am trained in EMDR, a trauma reprocessing therapy.
Through softening our expectations on ourselves, I believe that we can begin to recognize our true needs and begin to fulfill them in our lives. I offer a free phone consultation so we can talk about what’s leading you to start this journey, your goals, and to get a feel for if we will be a good fit. Reach out today!
I want to help you confront those critical thoughts that tell you that no matter what you do, it's never enough, through building compassion and understanding for yourself. We'll start with discussing anything that's been causing you distress, and begin to build awareness of how frequently and when those thoughts come up.

How did you get started in this business?
I began my professional career in elementary education, and while I loved the work I did, I quickly realized that my true passion lies in helping others find their path in life. I graduated from University of Northern Colorado in Lowry in 2018 and spent the first three years of my counseling career working in substance use treatment centers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a background of working with individuals with substance abuse, chronic pain, and individuals who have endured traumatic experiences. I specialize in helping clients process through self-esteem and self-acceptance issues and to process and work through traumatic experiences.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
While the process of opening up to a therapist can be daunting, you deserve to work with a skilled professional who can help you through whatever brings you to therapy. Be clear and up front about what you are looking for to ensure you get the best fit possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A strong therapist/client relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy. Feel free to reach out for support, and even to reach out to multiple therapists to get a feel for who you feel comfortable talking with.
