I want to help you confront those critical thoughts that tell you that no matter what you do, it's never enough, through building compassion and understanding for yourself. So far, so good! Hope you have a wonderful experience with your practice!
Reach out through email, text, or phone call to begin the therapy process. First, we will schedule a time that works for you to have a brief phone call, during which you can tell me a little about what's leading you to reach out for therapy and learn a little about me. If you feel comfortable and we feel like we'd be a good fit, we can schedule a session to continue the process!

I began my professional career in elementary education, and while I loved the work I did, I quickly realized that my true passion lies in helping others find their path in life. I graduated from University of Northern Colorado in Lowry in 2018 and spent the first three years of my counseling career working in substance use treatment centers.
I have a background of working with individuals with substance abuse, chronic pain, and individuals who have endured traumatic experiences. I specialize in helping clients process through self-esteem and self-acceptance issues and to process and work through traumatic experiences.
While the process of opening up to a therapist can be daunting, you deserve to work with a skilled professional who can help you through whatever brings you to therapy. Be clear and up front about what you are looking for to ensure you get the best fit possible.
A strong therapist/client relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy. Feel free to reach out for support, and even to reach out to multiple therapists to get a feel for who you feel comfortable talking with.
