I was hesitant to try someone new after being with the same therapist for years but Heather immediately put me at ease with a very relaxed personality and the ability to mix different styles of massage on the fly. Her Thai techniques in particular did wonders for my running. Feel free to use your own music if you're tired of generic massage tunes. I will absolutely visit Heather on a regular basis to make sure I don't ever feel broken down
