I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of CO. I have been a practicing therapist since 2011, and in private practice since 2013.
My area of specialization is feminist psychotherapy meaning I work predominantly with adults who identify as women, and who are experiencing challenges unique to women.
Also, as a veteran myself, I have sat in counseling with military service members, veterans, and the family members of said individuals.
i offer evening appointments as well as weekend appointments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free phone consultations. These calls generally last about 30 minutes, and give us a chance to connect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s degree from Antioch University Seattle in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My rates are $80 per 50-minute individual counseling session, and $100 per 50-minute couples counseling session.
I offer reduced rates (also referred to as sliding scale fees) for clients who would like to commit to therapy but can’t afford the price tag.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always believed that mental health care should be available to anyone who seeks it. For that reason I have kept my rates low, and maintained evening and weekend office hours.
